How To Get Good Gains In The Gym
I’m no expert when it comes to planning a gym routine/schedule, but I know what I want it to accomplish for me. Strength gains, increased health, increased stamina (for my squash and cycling) and a better looking physique. Since I can’t make a useful routine myself, I looked for a simple, hard-work solution that is going to be the best option for me.
