  • Eat well – no-one actually achieves five a day at uni, but if you try to hit at least 3 then you are on your way to helping fight off all those nasty bugs floating around. Based on the after exam celebration plans I thought it might be prudent to research and uncover the perfect cure after a hard night of partying. I can in no way be described as a gym bunny, in fact after a row with a massive gym chain (let’s just say, they don’t put the customer ‘first’) I have sworn never to set foot in a gym again. I don’t, however, want to turn into a massive super sized version of myself and because of my passionate love of cheese and all carbohydrates this requires work! I’m no expert when it comes to planning a gym routine/schedule, but I know what I want it to accomplish for me. Strength gains, increased health, increased stamina (for my squash and cycling) and a better looking physique.
